QuestionsCategory: Financials QuadrantDiluted Inclusive of Share Options?
SG_Daniel asked 1 year ago
Victor, If a company has indicated in its annual report that they have share options granted to its employees, should we add the share options when we calculate the diluted shares outstanding? There is no indication that the share options are being fully converted.

Hi Daniel,

There is no need for extra calculation as the diluted share outstanding has considered all future possible dilutions.
