Hi Victor, Regarding dividend payout, I noticed that the Annual report published by HongKong Land in AR2009 indicated USD0.16 per share. However, when I use the Dividend paid (by the Company + to minority shareholders) of USD298.2m (Page 20 of Cashflow Statement) divided by the diluted no. of shares of 2,354.2m (Page 35), the DPS is USD0.124 I think the final dividend declared after the financial year ended and actual payout is on 2009 and 2010 respectively. Q1: Should I then use the reported DPS of USD0.16 in the AR2009 or use the USD0.124 DPS calculated for entering the Financial Analysis spreadsheet (row 48)?

Hi Daniel, The dividend is USD$0.16. When collecting dividend data, take it from the chairman's statement or financial highlights. Dividend data in the cash flow statement is not accurate as it accounts different timeline dividends.
