Ownership for HRnetGroup

Hi, actually I just raised the question in the webinar. But I still don't understand about the ownership for HrnetGroup. You may refer to the link page 144 and 145. Total share of this company is 980m, top 20 largest shareholder own 940m and SIMCOO own 783m. Could you advise me why top 20 + SIMCOO > total share? Hi Guo Cai,

The top 20 shareholders include SIMCO under UOB KAY HIAN PRIVATE LIMITED.

May I know when come to voting, UOB KAY HIAN will represent top 20 shareholders include SIMCO?

Or SIMCO is still the biggest decision maker.

Hi Guo Cai,

UOB Kay Hian is a nominee account linked to the largest shareholder. For example, if you invest through platforms like iFast or Interactive Brokers, even if you hold a significant stake, your name will not appear directly. Unless you are using a CDP account, the ownership will be reflected under iFast or Interactive Brokers, even though the shares actually belong to you. Some families or corporate entities also choose to do this because they have multiple shareholders, and consolidating their holdings under one nominee account simplifies the structure.
