Hi Victor, I came across Raffles Medical Group and the company has recently do a share buyback but the company kept the shares purchased under treasury shares instead of cancelling it. The company seems to keep the treasury share for employee stock options. However, I learnt from ACRA website that treasury shares held by the company does not have right to vote or receive dividend. Q1: When we calculate the EPS, do we also ignore the treasury shares and just use the diluted shares only?
